Synopsis: It is a regular day and Korede has been thinking about her leftover food all day just to find out it has been eaten. Korede holds an investigation to find out who ate her food.
EXT. MODERN HOME – DAY
Wide shot of modern mansion
INT. KOREDE’S BEDROOM – DAY
Korede is on her bed facetiming her friend talking about how she is so excited to eat her leftover food. Camera does a close up on her face.
Korede (V.O.)
So this afternoon I was !ecstatic! about eating my leftovers.
Korede
Yea, so I’m about to go eat my food. I swear if my sister ate my food I’m gonna (breathes heavily) I’m gonna die…
Korede clenches her heart breathes heavily.
INT. CONFESSIONAL – DAY
Korede
I don’t know what it is but they love to eat my food even though I SPECIFICALLY tell them to not eat IT!
INT. ORE’S BEDROOM – DAY
Ore is shown playing on her Ipad and talking to her friends.
INT. KITCHEN – DAY
Teni is shown sitting on the couch watching TV. Korede walks to the fridge and opens it. When she opens the fridge she exclaims.
Korede (V.O.)
Just to find out someone ate my food
Korede
Who…ate my food?!
Korede sharply turns her head to Teni and gives her a death stare (camera zooms in)
Camera pans quickly to Teni. Teni is shown rolling her eyes dramatically.
INT. CONFESSIONAL – DAY
Korede
I knew it was Teni.
INT. CONFESSIONAL – DAY
Teni
Oh..my..god. Here we go again, she always overreacts when someone eats her food. And I already know she’s going to blame me for eating it.
Camera- man
Why would she suspect you?
Teni
I usually eat her food. But I swear it wasn’t me this time.
INT. KITCHEN – DAY
Korede
Teni I already know it was you, you always eat my food. Case closed.
Teni
It wasn’t me.
Teni raises her hands in a plea.
Korede does a dramatic fall down in disbelief and acts as if she’s having a heart attack.
INT. CONFESSIONAL – DAY CONT.
Korede
And here she goes lying again. I can’t believe she has the audacity to lie. She’s a pathological..habitual…perpetual FOOD STEALER!
Camera zooms in more on every word.
INT. KITCHEN – DAY CONT.
Korede
You know what..it might not be you.
Korede speaks in a sarcastic tone.
Korede calls Ore to come downstairs.
Korede has a stare off with Ore before speaking.
Korede
Did you eat my food, yes or no?
Dramatic music/sound effect as camera quickly pans to Ore
Ore
No.
[Boom sound] Korede clenches her chest and gasps for air.
Korede
So a ghost just ate my food.
Dramatic music plays and camera pans to everyone individually. [Music]
Ore (V.O)
Honestly Korede makes…
INT. CONFESSIONAL – DAY
Ore (Cont.)
Such a big deal out of these things, like she can easily just buy another meal.
INT. KITCHEN – DAY
Korede gives a very dramatic and offended face and then death stares everyone.
Korede
You know what.. I’m done!
Korede throws her hands up in the air
Korede goes upstairs (camera follows) she wants the camera to get out of her face as she leaves
Teni and Ore stare at each other confused
Ore
I don’t think I’ve ever met someone as dramatic as her.
Ore scoffs.
Teni
I know right
Teni has a disgusted look in her face.
INT. KOREDE’S BEDROOM – DAY
Korede is shown packing a small suitcase and is dramatically crying.
INT. CONFESSIONAL – DAY
Korede
I’m moving away..that’s the only solution to stop this madness.
Camera man
Where are you going to go?
Korede glares at the camera man, rolls her eyes, and scoffs
She leaves the confessional room.
EXT. OUTSIDE – DAY
Korede storms out of the house and cameraman follows. She pushes away the camera man while telling them to cut the cameras and cameras finally cut.
